Wow, that last comment was , , well it reminds me of a story fine art professor told, "There's painter who mixed too much umber. He has space in the corner of the canvas, and some time to kill until his wife gets home. At that moment the neighbors dog walks by his window, so he paints him in the corner since he was close to the excess hue. Years later in an Art History Class at NYU a professor is saying how the painter tried to symbolize the loneliness of Man with this dog alone in the park." Sometimes a dog is just a dog. And some people live in these surroundings, or would consider it a step up. Or maybe like many artists in the states here, we work as carpenters and painters. I've done photography, painting, recording, and partying of all types in buildings I'm remodeling, that look very similar. Don't read too much into things, or lecture too much Skia! And now now that I'm guilty of 2nd offense too. Adieu gd

You, that banister and your pose are beautiful in this photo.

Unfortunately, I can not admire your surroundings because of the risk they pose for you. I realize that such surroundings make a wonderfully artistic contrast between fresh, healthy beauty (you) and the effects of chaos and time on what was originally beautiful (the building you are in). I have noticed a lot of models being photographed against backgrounds of houses, apartments or other buildings that look like they were gorgeous when they were new, but have fallen into extreme states of disrepair. In fact, many of those sites make my skin crawl to even think about taking the risk of moving around in them nude. A lot of those exposed surfaces show definite signs of mold that can do nasty things to people. The way the paint curls hints that it probably contains lead. This particular photo is much better than several that I have seen, but the condition of that floor makes me cringe to think of your delicate feet stepping on the mess there totally unprotected. I hope that your feet are kept out of the picture because you are actually wearing some type of shoes. How on earth do YOU, with your beautiful skin and body, manage to move about and pose in such a hostile environment and how do you stand being exposed to so many risks of being permanently, even lethally, injured or scarred? Where do photographers find such places and why do they risk their models in them?

I hope no one will be offended by what I have said because it comes straight from my heart and a true sense of concern and horror at the possibilities that I see for such beauty to be marred or harmed in the creation of photos that contrast beauty against chaos and the ravages of time on formerly beautiful surroundings.

I forced her into this hellhole of a building to shoot nude, under the threat of hacking her feet off with a blunt Stanley knife blade if she didn't! These models need to learn who is boss, they have far too easy lives!

Amazing shot, I love how her body curves over the banister though it looks like now eight is on the hands, keeping it very soft and feminine yet powerfull.
